Shops closed to remember guerrilla commander

Shopkeepers in Cukurca did not open their shop for the memorial of 8 Kurdish guerrillas who lost their lives in clash in this town.

The shopkeepers in Cukurca district of Hakkari for the occasion of remembering HPG commander Ramazan Yildiz who was from Cukurca and seven other guerrillas who lost their lives in Kazan Valley in Cukurca on 2 September 2009. It is also reported that the Turkish police is taking extreme security measures in the town where all the shutters are down.
