Peace and Democracy Party says they are expecting some positive steps, in an effort to convince PKK to extend ceasefire, from the Turkish government within 10 days.
BPD's deputy president Nihat Ogras said, BDP officials put the necessary steps which will help extension of ceasefire declared by the PKK on the table during talks with Turkish government officials yesterday.
BDP co presidents Selahattin Demirtas and Gultan Kisanak held talks with deputy Prime Minister Cemil Cicek and Justice Minister Sadulah Ergin yesterday.
"They (AKP officials) said they will evaluate this proposals with authorized institutions" Ogras told ANF.
Ogras said AKP governments attitude will be decisive on PKK's decision to extend the ceasefire.
"We are expecting positive steps from the government within 10 days" he said.
PKK extended an unilateral ceasefire by a week last Monday.
