Rojin, a short film by female Kurdish director Chiman Rahim has been chosen in a category of “Best Selected Short movie” at 6th Renderyard Short Film Festival: UK-Spain 2010. In a another development, Rojin has won the "award of Merit" at the Indie Virtual film festival.
In a statement to KurdishMedia.com, Rojin director, Chiman Rahimi stated that Rojin will be premiered in the first Kurdish Film festival in Ireland that is due to start from 1st October to 3rd October 2010 in Dublin.
Rojin is directed by Chiman Rahimi and stars Shivani Ghai(Five Days, House of Saddam). It is produced by BIFA-nominated Poisson Rouge Pictures (The Hide), and written by award-winning writer Toby Norways.
