Four Kurdish villagers were wounded by Turkish artillery fire

Four Kurdish villagers were wounded by artillery fire as Turkish army bombarded Zagros area of South Kurdistan.

Turkish army units based in Rubarak and Grenava outposts in Hakkari bombarded Mawata and Hergus villages near Turkey-Iraq border yesterday. Four villagers were wounded in the attack.

Two of the wounded said to be in critical condition and were transferred to a nearby hospital.

According to ANF's records Turkish and Iranian bombing in the border region killed 4 and wounded 10 since January 2010.
