According to Kurdish Organization for Defending Human Rights and Public Freedoms in Syria – DAD, Havraz Mohammed Amin Hassan, a student from Gerke Lege, in the Qamishli area of Syria was released on 25 September 2010. He had been arrested on 14 December 2009.
Lord Hylton raised his case in the UK Houses of Parliament on 9 February 2010.
