Danish Court will decide date of trial on 5 November
The trial of Roj TV will start in the summer of 2011 the lawyers of the Kurdish satellite channel said.
According to the information gathered from Roj TV's lawyers the trial will be heard by Danish court in the summer of 2011.
The exact date of the trial will be decided in a meeting between prosecutors and lawyers on 5 November.
Danish court lifted a ban on Roj TV's bank accounts today.
While Roj TV does not have any studios in Denmark it was granted broadcasting license by the Danish authorities.
Since the foundation of Roj TV on 1 March 2004 it faces pressure by the Turkish government. The Turkish state has also put under pressure the Danish authorities in order to cancel the license given to Roj TV.
The pressure that Roj TV faces has increased since last year. Turkey has also sent Danish judiciary 26 files against Roj TV.
