Barzani will meet Turkish foreign minister
Short before the end of PKK’s (Kurdistan Workers Party) unilateral ceasefire, Kurdistan Democrat Party (KDP) Vice Chairman Neçirvan Barzani came to Ankara.
Barzani will meet with Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu at working dinner. It has been reported that Barzani will also be accepted by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Barzani will hold conversations in Foreign Ministry with a committee headed by Undersecretary Embassador Feridun Sinirlioğlu.
In the frame of his contacts, Barzani is expected to handle the inertia decision of PKK, the government formation process in Iraq and the internal political process.
Barzani’s visit was decided during the phone conversations of Davutoğlu and Kurdistan Federate Region President Mesud Barzani in recent days.
