Another drama revealed behind of the drama occurred before yesterday in Gümüşyazı Village in Güçlükonak district of Şırnak. 12-year-old Ahmet İmre died because of an explosion in the garbage of gendarmerie station, like dozens and dozens children in the region. The dramatic coincidence was revealed by journalists when they were covering the death boy’s story. Ahmet İmre’s father Abdulkerim İmre was also exposed to an explosion and lost his leg seventeen year ago, when he was 13-year-old.
Father İmre survived without a leg unlike his son. It seems that this problem will be handed down as the conflict continues.
Fathers’ screams against military forces, that left the explosive remains in the garbage, is not capable to bring his son back, but it might be capable to bring end this painful and injustice events’ handing down.
