KCK Court Hall Completed

A new court hall has been built in Diyarbakır Courthouse for the KCK main case, where 104 of them being prisoners, 151 people in total will stand trial next Monday in Diyarbakır. Except from the press, 80 people will be accepted in the hearing, which will be attended by nearly 300 lawyers.

The court case, where total 151 people will be on trial, will start on Monday. Of the 151 people; 104 prisoners including 12 mayors were sued in for being involved in KCK structuring in Diyarbakır, Siirt, Mardin, Şırnak, Urfa, Batman, İstanbul and İzmir. The new court hall assigned to KCK main case, was built due to the lack of court halls in Diyarbakır Courthouse. Sound and presentation systems were set up in the hall of the case, which will be followed by 300 lawyers.

Apart from the press, 80 viewers will be accepted in the hall. In the meantime, BDP (Peace and Democracy Party) Diyarbakır Provincial Organization has completed all preparations to watch the hearing in mass. Tents will be set up in the free field near the courthouse for BDP members and wishers to follow the case.
