Brussels - Chairman of the Association for the reconstruction of Dersim Haydar Isik fiercely criticized the statements of the CHP vice chairman Onur Öymen of the Turkish opposition party CHP reports ANF.
The Republican Kemalist party is known for receiving votes from Alevi Turks and Kurds, but according to Haydar Isik it’s shocking that the CHP is completely against giving rights to both Kurds and Alevis. Especially the statement of Onur Öymen who ‘gave the genocide against Dersim as a good step of the Turkish government in 1938, according Oymen this should again take place in Dersim,” Isik declared.
