Kirkuk – A corrupt Turkmen consultant have been fired by the Iraqi president Jalal Talabani for stealing money.
Ramazan Haji Rashid, the deputy of Mam Jalal for Turkmen affairs in Kirkuk told Rudaw that every month 38.700 dollars was given to 387 Turkmen students who studying in Turkey and Azerbaijan, but this money was stolen by the son of Ihsan Bag, the consultant of the Iraqi president in Kirkuk.
As a result the office of Ishan Bag was closed and he was dismissed from his post. Ihsan Bag was also accused of stealing money of 14 employees of the Turkmen relationship office and his son gave this money to the Iraqi Turkmen movement, which is close to the organizations of the Iraqi Prime Minister Maliki (Photo: Rudaw).
