Kurds victims of raids in Sidney, Melbourne and Perth


Australian police raided a Kurdish association and several Kurdish homes this morning in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.

A police spokeswoman said the raids are a part of an investigation into the funding of "terrorist organizations".

Police raided the offices of the Kurdish Association of Victoria before dawn. They seized computers and documents in the raids.

Several homes in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth were targeted. Exact figure remains unclear.

Australian police said no arrests have been made as of this morning.
