Three Kurdish guerillas killed in Iranian artillery's cross-border attack in Xakurke, a province of Iraq.
Armed wing of Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) People's Defense Forces (HPG) released a statement about the incident.
"On 16 August three guerillas lost their lives as as result of Iranian artillery's cross-border attack" the statement read.
Iranian army intensified the bombing of border regions for the last two weeks. Last attack was the first fatal incident against Kurdish guerillas in a long time.
