Iranian attacks leave Kurdish villager injured

Iranian mortar and howitzer attacks on the Kurdish villages in South Kurdistan left a villager injured.

Mayor of Fankisar district in Suleymaniyah province İbrahim Abdullah said to AFP that Iranian shell attacks have left Resul Hüseyin, a 30-year old man from Zerqat village injured who face the risk of losing his arm due to his injuries.

After a one-month break Iranian army restarted attacking South Kurdistan. Since the beginning of Ramadan Iranian troops are bombing the border line. Iranian army while bombing Sengeser on 12 August also bombed Sidekan on 13 August. 



According to ANF records since May, 4 Kurdish villagers including 2 children lost their lives and 11 others got injured in the Turkish and Iranian attacks on South Kurdistan. 2 of those civilians lost heir lives due to Turkish aggressions.
