Authorities did not provide medical care for prisoner Soysal
Yet another prisoner's life at risk as authorities do not provide the necessary medical care. According to DIHA news agency report, prisoner Nurettin Soysal was not released from prison despite his critical health condition because of Malign Lymphoma. When Soysal arrived for treatment at Dicle University Medical School Hospital he was in very poor medical conditions. Human rights organizations called on government one more time to free him before his conditions get really critical. Human Rights Association (IHD) sent a committee to Erzurum H Type and Rize Kalkandere L Type Prisons to investigate the allegations over harassment.
