PKK: Iranian opposition should unite

14-01-2010

Qandil - Mustafa Karasu of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) called on all opposition parties from Iran to unite reports ANF.

Recently Iran has been continuously in the media due to the Green opposition movement. Karasu said in a statement. “Some say that there will be a revolution in Iran, that’s supported by forces outside of Iran. Iran is increasingly asking for help from Turkey, because the US is pressuring the Iran, while Iran is pressuring the Kurds.”

Karausu calls on all Kurds, socialists and other opposition parties to unite and to fight for a democratic Iran, to prevent outside forces to interfere with Iran. Karasu said if the opposition listens to the demands of the Kurdish people, the PKK will support them (Photo: ANF).
